Disappointing experience after going to this takeaway which was recommended by a friend. Shop not busy and only 1 phone order placed while we were there. Placed two orders, one containing fish and the other for vegetarians so no seafood. Wait time was a little slow even though not busy but that happens. Returned home to find the fish completely missing from either package. Tried for over 1/2 hr to ring shop but phone was permanently engaged. Being a 10 min drive away we didn't bother driving all the way back to shop whilst food we did receive went cold. So love paying for items i don't receive ????. Would I recommend.. no. Would I go back again.. not a chance. Yes mistakes happen but with very few customers at the time it was due to carelessness. Quality of food received was average. For the money paid should have done the drive to Norfolk Tavern.. lesson learned.
