Plenty of space and a good mix of equipment. I have been doing some PT with Jen and she is really lovely and has taken things nice and slowly for me. Heaps of parking and there are plenty of times when there aren't many people around.
Definitely a great place that has everything you need to keep fit and strong. I love the spacing and it’s 24/7! Staff here are approachable and always willing to help! Thank you
I love going to this gym. It is one of the best I have ever been to. It is so clean and all the equipment is in such great condition. There are TVs on the wall and great lavatory facilities with a shower, hair dryer and straighteners as well. The staff are just wonderful, very kind and helpful. The gym isn't usually crowded and everyone tends to keep to themselves. So no weird staring. Like I said, I love going to this gym and can easily spend an hour in here.
