Hands down best travel agency I have ever encountered. Tanya and Philine were patient, always reasonable and very well informed. They saved me a ton of money and were able to reroute my flights at the last minute when it seemed I just wouldn't be able to get home. When I dropped in to the office to say thank you in person tears came into my eyes. They really saved me. Wonderful work, kindness and generosity, and every detail of the trip was worked out perfectly. So glad I didn't try to book online myself! I'd give 20 stars if I could.
Tanya and Phillina went to great lengths to help me with complex bookings arrangements during Covid. Their information was always 100% they gave me great reassurance over and above any travel agents. Highly recommend them.
