Highly recommend. I’ve been attending for around 4-5 years now and am really happy with the care and professionalism from Dr Amos. Recently, my young daughter had some dental work done by Kim who was exceptional and made our multiple visits a breeze. She was mindful of making the visits fun and kid-friendly. Thoroughly impressed with Ben’s work! I went in looking to get a wisdom tooth removed, where he had an inspection, we took an X-Ray and we discussed our options - didn’t feel like he was pressuring me either (I decided to take it out). Upon administering anaesthetic Ben was able to extract my tooth in under 10 minutes painlessly! Overall I was in and out of the clinic in 30 minutes. Would definitely come back!
Dr Kim and the staff at Underwood Dental Care are friendly, caring and professional. Dr Kim is knowledgeable and well trained dentist - she took the time to provide a thorough explanation of my son’s diagnosis and what procedure she’s going to perform. I had visited three different dentist who advised me that my son needed to go under general anesthesia to extract his tooth, however Dr Kim was able to perform the procedure with local anesthesia. The clinic even performed perfect follow up the following day to ensure all was well. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone but especially those looking for a paediatric dentist.
Dr Ben Thai and his team at Underwood dental care are exceptional. Dr Thai was engaging, gentle and patient with my son and got the job done. The facilities are immaculate and their service goes above and beyond (especially when I called for directions as my google maps wasn't working). Thank you team, we will be seeing you again.
